Since 2010 on Good Friday, Trafalgar Square is hosting Biblical performance about the life of Jesus Christ. This spectacular play comes to life at the middle of Trafalgar Square in front of the National Gallery.
Duration of the play is 90 minutes and during this time, cast of 100 actors dressed as Roman soldiers and other authentic costumes, accompanied by real horses, donkey and dove, will definitely leave you amazed.
The best of all is that this is totally Free as this is a gift to the City of London.
This staged open-air performance is definitely something that you will remember for a long time. First performance is scheduled at noon, 12pm and second at 3.15pm. You will be given an opportunity to experience the play in a unique way, as you will feel like you too are the part of the action. In case you are sitting bit further away, don’t worry, there are big screens that are projecting everything that is taking place so you won’t miss anything.
